**Town of Warren reported project was awarded to individual John Frazier, of New Richmond.** The Town of Warren, St. Croix County, solicits bids from qualified contractors for the replacement of three hail damaged roofs - Town Hall, Garage and Pavilion - at the Town Park located at 720 112th Street, Roberts, WI 54023. Mark the envelope "Bid on Replacement of Hail Damaged Roofs". The contractor shall be responsible for removal of all roof debris and returning the park facility to its original condition. A certificate of insurance is required, and the Town shall be named additional insured. The contractor shall be required to indemnify and hold harmless the town, its officers and its employees, from and against all liability, claims and demands, on account of any injury, loss, or damage, or any portion thereof, caused by, or claimed to be caused by, the act, omission, or fault of the contractor or any subcontractor of the contractor, or any officer, employee, or agent of the contractor or subcontractor, or any other person for whom the contractor is responsible. The contractor shall be responsible at its expense for obtaining and complying with all necessary permits, ordinances, and laws. The contractor shall indicate in the bid whether or not it intends to use subcontractors for any part of the service being provided, together with a list of all said contractors. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids or accept the bid most advantageous to the Town and which would serve the best interests of the Town, as determined by the Town Board.
