Question Deadline 08/19/2022 at 12:00 PM ET Inquiries: Questions pertaining to this project should be directed to Linda Hodges, Senior Procurement Specialist at linda.hodges@jamescitycountyva.gov If the Contract is renewed beyond the initial one (1) year Contract period, the first option year, and each additional option year will be subject to a price increase. This increase will be determined by using the Consumer Price Index (DC-MD-VA-WV) All Urban Consumers as reported annually by the Bureau of Labor Statistics. The current rates will be increased by the same percentage of the CPI-U for the renewal period with the increase not to exceed five percent (5%). This price increase will not be automatic and must be mutually agreed upon at time of contract renewal.
