This project is funded by a grant from the Commonwealth Financing Authority, Local Share Account Grant Contract C000080322. BID SECURITY in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total bid shall be submitted with each bid, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Performance, Payment & One (1) Year Maintenance Bonds are required by the successful bidder. BIDS may be held by the BOROUGH OF HUGHESTOWN for a period not to exceed FORTY-FIVE (45) days from the date of the Opening of the Bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids, prior to awarding the Contract.
