Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Castle Rock, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; for the demolition of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; and for the addition of a two-story above grade municipal facility.
Town Hall Office Renovation is located at 100 Wilcox Street. The office renovation includes but is not limited to, the addition of seven offices in the 1st floor Human Relations and Communications open space and the addition of three offices and a copy room on the 2nd floor in the Administration area. The construction services for this work shall include but not be limited to: Manage all construction activities while constructing the designed improvements as per plans. Permitting costs associated with the project. Procure long lead time construction components such as metal doors and window frames. Coordinate an approach for the construction between the two floors and coordinate all work as to create a flow and most efficient way for productivity. Contractor shall devote adequate resources to assure timely completion the project in a sequence that does not interrupt the overall schedule. Create a safe and secure work environment for both the Town Hall employees as well as the individuals working on-site.
