Renovation of a municipal facility in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Project Description: The project consists of interior wall finish upgrades to the lower level and 2nd floor public corridors at the Chippewa County Courthouse. Work is to include removing and replacing vinyl wall covering, salvaging and reinstalling wall/corner protection and signage and providing new paint. Sealed Bids for the project designated above will be received on behalf of Chippewa County, hereinafter referred to as the Owner, at the location listed above, on or before the above mentioned time and date, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids shall be on the forms provided for that purpose and according to the Contract Documents. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 30 Days after the date and time set for the opening of bids. Project completion expected to be no later than April 14, 2023. Chippewa County reserves the right to reject any and all bids, without cause, or accept the bid that is in the best interest of Chippewa County.
