The City of Peoria (to be referred to as "City") is seeking qualified firms for routine and event cleaning of several assets within the Parks and Recreation Department (referred to as "Department"). It is the operational philosophy of the City and the Department that the general appearance and quality of service throughout our facilities be of the highest standards, which shall be determined by and have final approval of Department staff. The facilities shall be maintained as a first-class property. The City is seeking qualified bidders for event cleaning at the Peoria Sports Complex (16101 N 83rd Ave, Peoria, AZ 85382) (to be referred to as "Complex"). The primary focus of this contract is to facilitate cleaning operations surrounding Spring Training Baseball Games at the Complex played from late February through late March.
