For the Deaf and Blind Main Campus Sellars Backup Boiler Replacement. The project includes replacement of one dual fuel boiler, fuel oil pumps, and flues, and addition of new boiler and three new VFDs for existing pumps. This project is an energy saving retrofit. The contractors scope of work is to remove and replace gasket on existing ray pack boilers(2), remove and replace stellars dual fuel boiler with an energy efficient boiler, provide piping to new boiler, and add vfds to existing pumps(3).
