The request for proposal includes custodial services bids for any or all the following buildings: 1. Catharine Robb Whyte Building, 101 Bear St. Banff 2. Banff Fire Hall Offices, 201 Beaver St. Banff 3. Town Hall Upper & Lower Level, 110 Bear St. Banff 4. The Wastewater Treatment Plant (hereon referred to as the "WWTP"), 400 Golf Course Rd. Banff The custodial services required consist of the furnishing of all labor, cleaning supplies & equipment required for the day-to-day servicing of the buildings as shown in (Schedule A). Cleaning products and washroom supplies shall be deemed environmentally friendly and approved by The Town of Banff. The Town of Banff will provide designated storage space for the Contractor's use in each building being serviced. All other supplies necessary to complete the tasks will be provided by the Contractor. The Town is also requesting hourly rates for Custodial Services that may be required upon request at additional facilities within the Town of Banff, as instructed by the contracting manager or designate.
