1. To complete the project on time, and on budget The Proponent’s turnkey scope shall be no more than $225,000 which is in line with the current budget earmarked for this project. 2. To build a premiere nature-oriented Pump Track in Western Canada 3. To maximize the number of ride lines while minimizing the impacts to the forest floor and trees to remain on site 4. A Pump Track that meets all applicable safety requirements and industry best-practice standards 5. To serve the community of Banff while attracting visitors alike. 6. To build a Pump Track that will last as long as possible. Proponents shall carefully select materials and finishes to minimize maintenance without compromising capital costs, aesthetics or environmental goals; 7. To design a Pump Track that meets the environmental requirements; 8. To minimize operational and lifecycle costs through simple & robust design; 9. To comply with the objectives of the Town’s Land Use Bylaw and Banff Design Guidelines; 10. To mitigate construction impacts of day-users of the Recreation Grounds.
