The Pioneer Valley Transit Authority (PVTA) is seeking qualifications from interested parties to provide Licensed Site Professional (LSP) services for the ongoing monitoring, sampling, assessment, and required regulatory reporting, as well as master planning, cost estimating and clean-up oversight for the petroleum-based contamination at the 2840 Main Street Paratransit Facility site in Springfield, MA. Services are also sought for general on-call LSP needs as they arise for all PVTA's transit facilities in the Pioneer Valley. The specifics of the RFQ are set forth in the supporting documents attached hereto and made a part hereof. PVTA anticipates negotiating a contract for up to a 5-year period (based on available funding) for a specific scope of services with the firm deemed most qualified for this project. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
