Renovation of a municipal facility in Highland, Utah. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
All questions relative to the project shall be submitted via email to the Engineer, Tavis Timothy, PE tavis@b-t-eng.com or on the Utah Public Procurement Place . Questions received after January 13 at 5:00 p.m. may not be answered. Bid security in the amount of 5 % (percent) of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bid Security will be returned to each unsuccessful Bidder after tabulation and award of the Construction Contract. This courtesy posting is an advertisement of a procurement opportunity for Highland City, not the Division of Purchasing. Responses should be directed to the designated individual/office as designated in the solicitation document. The Division of Purchasing does not accept responses for courtesy postings.
