For Landscape Maintenance Service Whatcom Transportation Authority (WTA), the public transportation agency in Whatcom County, Washington, will receive bids in accordance with minimum bid requirements identified in Invitation to Bid (ITB) 2023 - 001. The purpose of this ITB is to select the lowest cost most responsive & responsible bidder for landscape maintenance services. Full landscaping firm. Work will include annual display garden planting, 24/7 snow and ice removal, integrated pest management, and irrigation inspection and repair.
