Renovation of a mixed-use development in Palmer, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Flooring. Flooring installation / painting for 3500 square feet including but not limited to: Mechanically grinding floor to prepare for installation of new coating; Repairing any cracks and pitted areas. Applying a pigmented base coat. Flaking the pigmented base coat to rejection. Scraping and vacuuming the flake coat to prepare for top coat application. Applying a clear polyaspartic top coat at 12 mils. Site clean up at the end of each day and final Inspection on completion. Base coat 1150 FC epoxy MDB. Top coat 85% polyaspartic. High wear urethane top coat for slip and scratch resistance All work must be performed and completed between April 23, 2023 and May 6, 2023 unless otherwise agreed upon with the Pathfinder School District. Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000.
