Renovation of a mixed-use development in Palmer, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Painting of HVAC-R Department: Prep and Paint HVAC classroom 830 square feet, HVAC Shop Room 3600 Square Ft, Staircase, Window frames, doors etc. including but not limited to cleaning all walls, sanding all walls to increase adhesion, vacuum everything, tape/plastic/drop off floors etc, fill any and all holes with cement/ cement caulking, apply one primer coat, and two coats of Pre-Cat Epoxy on all block surfaces. (Manufacturer's recommendation 2coats). Two colors, bottom color to be raised two block levels up. Paint provided by contractor (Sherwin Williams, Pre-Cat EPOXY washable, chemical resistant semi gloss) colors TBD by Pathfinder. All work must be performed and completed between April 23, 2023 and May 6, 2023 unless otherwise agreed upon with the Pathfinder School District
