Site work for a water / sewer project in Lake Oswego, Oregon. Working plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

City Engineer Javier confirmed this project is expected to go back out to bid in the Summer of 2023 after making Design changes. It will include a new alignment and no constraints on how contractors choose to approach the work. Work anticipated to be completed by the end of 2023. o Install 120 LF of 15" HDPE fused joint, minimum SDR 17 storm pipe using trenchless methods via pipe bursting - See Exhibit B Figures o Connect new pipe to existing upstream Storm manhole (Per Detail WW1-02) o Attain Erosion Control Permit from City of Lake Oswego o Install Temporary / Permanent Erosion Control measures (Fencing, biobags, filtration catch basin inserts, straw, outfall protection, mulch, grass seed) per City standard details. o Attain Traffic Control Permit from City of Lake Oswego o Set up Temporary Traffic Control o Remove and dispose of all debris in main o Set aside Camera for Lake Oswego PM to pick up o Contractor not responsible for camera condition or if operational after removal o Restore area
