The cutoff date and time for questions is Friday, February 10, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. It is the responsibility of prospective bidders to contact Nick Mosqueda at (970) 542-3916 to verify receipt of questions. Bids must be properly signed, and any addendums acknowledged, by an authorized representative of the company with the legal capacity to bind the company to the contractual agreement. In addition, the authorized representative's signature of the Proposal assures the company's understanding of the City's Procurement Policy. Only Bids properly received will be accepted.
