Renovation of an educational facility in Port Burwell, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Washroom Upgrades. The project is located at Port Burwell Public School in Port Burwell, ON. The scope of work entails the renovation of student and staff washrooms within the school. The existing floor finish in each space varies with use of a sheet vinyl and vinyl composite tile. Sheet vinyl floors will be removed and replaced with new porcelain floor tile and base. The scope of work carries new solid phenolic partitions, replacement of toilets and lavatories throughout. Walls will be repainted, and ceilings will be replaced with new acoustic ceiling tile. Washrooms will receive new mirrors and accessories and necessary mechanical and electrical modifications to suit.
