Renovation of an educational facility in Reading, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Work included under this contract consists of demolition of some existing interior light fixtures, replacing exterior light fixtures and adding new some new, replacing some electrical wiring and running new circuits, replacing lighting controls, replacing emergency lighting, replacing hand dryers, updating the existing electrical panel, replacing some light bulbs, and replacing a couple of receptacles. Engineer's Estimate: $25,000 - $50,000 DGS Small Business Certification Required *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Submit questions regarding the technical specifications and/or the drawings to Kathleen Rhoten at 717-705-5350, krhoten@pa.gov. All other questions shall be directed to the Construction Management Section at RA-NRFDC_CONTRACTING@pa.gov. Scope of work: 1. Store and protect products scheduled for use in the project by means including, but not limited to, those described in this section. 2. A storage trailer shall be allowed on the site in the location designated by the Department. Related Work: 1. In all cases where a device or part of the equipment is herein referred to in the singular, such references shall apply to as many such items as are required to complete the installation. 2. Comply with additional procedures as may be prescribed in other sections of these specifications.
