Direct all inquiries to: Josh Johnson, Utility Director Snake River Wastewater Utility 970-668-4272 josh.johnson@summitcountyco.gov The Snake River Wastewater Treatment Plant, an Enterprise Fund of Summit County Government, is currently soliciting proposals to provide its treatment facility driveway and parking lot areas with asphalt repair and overlay of approximately 70,000 square feet. Contractor shall furnish all labor, transportation, and incidentals necessary to perform the repair and overlay of asphalt at the Snake River Wastewater Treatment Plant. Work shall be completed as set forth in a contract for this project, to be negotiated with Summit County Government based upon the contractor's written proposal. Please include any applicable additional costs that may be required for the completion of this project. Submit questions regarding the proposals to josh.johnson@summitcountyco.gov. The Contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder who best meets the requirements of Summit County and the public interest. Summit County Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive irregularities or informalities, and to conduct such investigations or negotiations as it deems necessary to select the most responsible and responsive proposal.
