at sealed Proposals will be received by the Airports Bi-County Board for Luzerne and Lackawanna Counties, dba Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport (The Airport) for New Hangar With Air and Ground Emergency Response - General Construction The proposed project: CONTRACT NO. 1 - PHASE 2 - General Construction, generally includes, but is not limited to, the following work: Site Work, Utilities, Stormwater Systems, Concrete Foundations & Flat Work, Masonry, Structural Steel, PEMB Erection (including Roof Panels, Wall panels and Insulation), Roofing, Hangar Door, Monorail Crane, Modular Office Structures, Doors and Hardware, Finishes, Specialties, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Electrical, Communications, Access Control, and all incidental related work, as indicated in the bidding documents. This contract shall be awarded under a single prime contract. A BID SECURITY in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total Bid is required with each Proposal.
