**As of May 18 2023, project was awarded to Brown Concrete, MI for $18,296.00. The start and the end has not yet been determined. The project estimate is $15k to $22k. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to make partial awards in the best interest of the City. Each bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to the Purchasing Agent, City of Norton Shores, 4814 Henry St, Norton Shores, MI 49441. Each sealed envelope containing a bid must be plainly marked on the outside as "Training Center Concrete Work". The name and address of the bidder shall be visible on the outside of the envelope. PROJECT OVERVIEW: This project involves the placement of concrete pads and walkways at our Training Center, located at 85 E. Mount Garfield Road. Bids will be on the full cost of completion of the project, as described below.
