Site work for a water / sewer project in South Lake Tahoe, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Consists of repairs on 6, 8, 10, 12, 15, 16or 18 pipe consisting of asbestos cement (AC) or clay (VCP) pipe. All laterals are 4pipe. Spot repairs will begin 1 foot above the upstream joint and end 1 foot below the downstream joint on any clay pipe with length-wise cracks. A full-circle fiberglass steam, ambient or ultra violet cured-in-place material shall be used for the spot repairs. See bid documents for more information. District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or any part thereof, to waive any informality in the bids and to award the bid which is deemed to be in the best interest of the district.
