General Contract for construction in the City of Colfax for the renovation of the Colfax School District Office Secure Entry. The project consists of reconfiguring space in an existing wing of the Jennings Elementary School building to include a new secure entry vestibule and unisex restrooms. Bid security amounting to five percent (5%) of the total Base Bid must accompany each Bidder proposal in accordance with Instructions to Bidders. The District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, and in particular, to reject a proposal not accompanied by the required bid security or data required
