Demolition, site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Coalton, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of 11/3/23, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The construction of a new water treatment plant, demolition of the existing water treatment plant and other necessary appurtenances. All work as described below shall be substantially completed within 360 calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run, and completed and ready for final payment within 390 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run. Liquidated damages shall be $1,000 per day. Upon receipt for bids, kindly respond with expression of interest by October 12, 2023 to Matthew Fluharty, Principal, CEC via email at mfluharty@cecinc.com. Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to The Town of Coalton in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the base bid. Bidders must comply with the Build America, Buy America (BABA) Act. The Town of Coalton, reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Bids received after the scheduled closing time for the reception of bids will be returned unopened to the bidders.
