The scope of the mechanical upgrade is to replace the existing (2) boilers and DHW storage tanks with (4) new boilers and new DHW tanks in a phased approach to minimize system downtime. The existing piping arrangement would also be modified to optimize return water temperatures for better boiler plant efficiency.
