A. Project is located in the Village of Fontana-on-Geneva Lake at site of Well No. 4 building at 140 Mayflower Lane, Fontana, WI 53125. B. Project includes, but is not limited to, the following items, and their related appurtenances: 1. Assessment of well pump assembly and replacement of components as needed. 2. Providing chemical and mechanical treatment of well. C. Work covered by Contract Documents is to be performed under a single prime contract, which includes all sections of Specifications. Project involves mechanical and chemical well rehabilitation of Well No. 4. All Work is included in a single prime contract Bidding Documents, including Drawings and Specifications, may be examined at the offices of Village of Fontana-on-Geneva Lake and the Consulting Engineer during regular business hours. Construction time is of the essence. Completion delays are subject to liquidated damages. The Village of Fontana-on-Geneva Lake reserves the right to accept the most advantageous Bid, or to reject any and all Bids. Award of Work described herein is subject to the provisions of the Wisconsin Statutes.
