North, Sheridan Road, Marion Drive - South and Paving/Guiderail Improvements on Reichert Road The project includes the installation of three (3) pre- cast concrete box culverts (at separate locations on Marion Drive - North, Sheridan Road and Marion Drive which have already been pro- cured by Marion Township and fabricated by Monarch Products Co., Inc. (York Ha- ven, PA) and construction of related site improvements. The project also includes the completion of roadway paving and installation of guide- rail improvements at the location where Marion Township has already installed a pre- cast concrete box culvert on Reichert Road. The qualification documentation listed in Article 3 in the Instructions to Bidders must be submitted with the bid. Marion Township, Berks County, reserves the right to waive any informalities in, or to reject any or all bids, and to delete any item or portion of an item without affecting the bids on the remaining items or portion of items. The wages paid shall be subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act approved August 15, 1961, P.L. 987 as amended and supplemented, and the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act of 1955, P.L. 744,No. 222, as amended June25,1997 by Act 34 of 1997, 43P.S. 951-963, shall also apply to this Contract.
