Site work and paving for a road / highway in Milford, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
As of Aug 31, 2023 the project was awarded to Reivax Contracting for $143,771.95 . The work will be funded by New Jersey Department of Transportation and the Borough of Milford. The major construction items include: Base Bid Princeton Avenue: 4,700 s.y. Roadway Milling 0"-2"; 550 tons of HMA 9.5M-64 surface course 2" thick; 100 s.y. of HMA 19M-64 base repair 5" 5 unit's inlet repair Type B replace curb piece and bicycle safe grate; 1,000 s.y. topsoil restoration and other lawn restoration and incidental items. The Borough shall reserve the right to award the Base Bid or to reject all bids in accordance with the Local Public Contracts Law. Bids must be made on standard proposal forms in the manner designated therein, and required by the specifications, must be enclosed in sealed envelopes, bearing the name and address ofthe bidder and the name of the project on the outside, addressed to the Borough of Milford, 30 Water Street, Milford, New Jersey 08848 and must be accompanied by a Non-Collusion Affidavit and a Bid Bond or Certified Check for not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount bid, providing said check or bid bond need not be more than $20,000.00 nor shall not be less than $500.00, and be delivered at the place on or before the hour named above.
