Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Milford, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
As of 5/2/24, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The work will be funded by the Borough of Milford. The major construction items include: Base Bid : 150 cy unclassified excavation; 2 units remove existing tree in creek; 150 cy rip rap D50= 24-36" with geotextile fabric; 125 sy riparian zone restoration with excelsior fabric and stakes; and other incidental items. The Borough shall reserve the right to award the Base Bid for both projects combined or to reject all bids in accordance with the Local Public Contracts Law. Bids must be accompanied by a Non-Collusion Affidavit and a Bid Bond or Certified Check for not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount bid, providing said check or bid bond need not be more than $20,000.00 nor shall not be less than $500.00, and be delivered at the place on or before the hour named above. Bidders are required to conform to all provisions of the Local Public Contracts Law, the Prevailing Wage Act and the requirements of P.L. 1975, c.127. The Borough of Milford Mayor and Council reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in any bid inuring to the benefit of the Borough of Milford.
