Collection of Garbage, Refuse and Debris to be performed within the Borough of Milford. Specifications and forms of bids have been prepared, with the approval of the Borough Attorney. They have been filed in the office of the Borough Clerk in the Municipal Building and may be examined and obtained by prospective bidders during regular business hours. "Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, C.127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27)" Bids must be made on standard proposal forms in the manner designated and required by the specifications, and must be accompanied by a Non-Collusion Affidavit, Stockholders Disclosure Statement, a certified check, bid bond or cashier's check for not less than ten per cent (10%) of the amount bid, and be delivered to the Municipal Building on or before the hour named. The standard proposal form and other required forms are attached to the supplemental specifications. The Milford borough common council expressly reserves to itself the right to reject any and all bids.
