Improvement project for Milford Borough Hall and Library Base Bid: Demolition of Walls and Shelves, Construction of Interior Walls and Windows, Door Installation, Painting, Finish Carpentry, Light HVAC and Electrical Work, New Exterior Doors, Lighting Improvements Alternate Bid: Carpeting Remove and Replace, New LED Lighting for Building The Borough shall reserve the right to award the Base Bid, Base Bid plus Alternate Bid or to reject all bids in accordance with the Local Public Contracts Law. Specifications and forms of bids for the proposed work, prepared by Robert Martucci, P.E., Borough of Milford Engineer, ofthe firm of Martucci Engineering, LLC, have been filed in the office of said Engineer at 49 E. Main St, Flemington, New Jersey 08822 (908) 297-2422, and may be inspected by prospective bidders during business hours. The Borough of Milford Engineer upon proper one-day advance notice will furnish bidders with a copy of die drawings and Specifications. Payment of cost of preparation in the amount of $50.00 (plus postage if mailed), non-refundable, is required at die time ofpurchase Question Deadline 02/06/2025 No oral interpretation will be given to any bidder as to the meaning of the plans, specifications, or other contract documents. Any request for such interpretation shall be made in writing, addressed to the Engineer, and to be given consideration, must be received at least ten (10) business days prior to the day fixed for the opening of bids
