The major construction items include: Base Bid Contract 1: 5,100 sf fabric encapsulated soil bank stabilization with boulder toe with Boulders Provided by Borough; 300 cubic yards Borrow Excavation; 2,000 sy riparian zone seed restoration; 5,100 sf riparian zone plantings (live stakes); 10 units Additional Boulders (if and where directed) and other incidental items. Bids must be made on standard proposal forms in the manner designated therein, and required by die specifications, must be enclosed in sealed envelopes, bearing the name and address ofthe bidder and the name ofthe project on the outside, addressed to the Borough of Milford, 30 Water Street, Milford, New Jersey 08848 and must be accompanied by a Non-Collusion Affidavit and a Bid Bond or Certified Check for not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount bid, providing said check or bid bond need not be more than $20,000.00 nor shall not be less than $500.00, and be delivered at the place on or before the hour named above. Bidders are required to conform to all provisions of die Local Public Contracts Law, the Prevailing Wage Act and the requirements of P.L. 1975, c.127. The Borough of Milford Mayor and Council reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in any bid inuring to die benefit ofthe Borough ofMilford. The Borough shall reserve the right to award the Base Bid or to reject all bids in accordance with the Local Public Contracts Law.
