**As of April 30, 2025, the project was awarded to Mainline Contracting Inc., with an awarded amount of $3,756,984.65.** Southwest Booster Station Reconstruction Each proposal must contain a certified check, cashier's check, or draft for five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid. Such check shall be certified or issued by either a State or National Bank and payable to the City of Rapid City, Rapid City, South Dakota, or in lieu thereof, a bid bond for ten percent (10%) of the amount bid, and such bond to be issued by a surety authorized to do business in this state and payable to the City of Rapid City, Rapid City, South Dakota, as a guarantee of the Bidder entering into a contract for the construction of the work and furnishing of a 100 percent (100%) performance bond. The Owner reserves the right to the extent allowed by law to award the work as is most advantageous to the City or reject any or all bids.
