NED Building Mezzanine- Demo and dispose of existing doors, furnish and install 1 pair of double doors 35.5 x 35.3.4 taper right hand active 83 1.8 tall new 5 in hinges 2 lcn hold open closers panic saddle threshold sweeps hinges and von duprin rim panic bar with thumb pull trim with 7 pin small format ic core less cylinder 7 3.16, 39, 71 new hinges flush bolt bolts inactive new weather seal 6070 re use existing frame Astragal inactive NED Mechanical Room - Demo existing and dispose of, furnish and install the following 6 3.4 frame 76 x 86 welded left hand out active best lock - less core- lcn hold open closer weather seal flush bolts to block. Cut out lower frame from louver and install flashing over new frame Astragal 1 threshold and 2 door sweeps SITE VISIT: All bidders are strongly encouraged to visit the site to field verify any/all quantities before submitting bids.
