This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2023-02 Effective March 16, 2022 and the DFARS Change notice 20230301.
