The intent of this Request for Quotations is to establish a contract for the supply of snow removal and surface treatment services for two (2) Loyalist Township locations. These locations are; WJ Henderson Recreation Centre located at 322 Amherst Drive and the Leisure Activity Centre, Amherstview Community Hall and Sharing Centre located at 177 Upper Park Road. This work includes, but is not limited to, snow clearing, snow removal and application of traction control materials. The Township invites contractors to bid on any or all locations. The level of service being requested will vary from lot to lot and is outlined under the Scope of Work for each location. The Township will reserve the right to make changes to the level of service and requirements throughout the term of the contract. The service provided in all locations must include all proper equipment, materials and labour required to complete the job to the satisfaction of the Township. The term of the Agreement will be in effect for a one (1) year term, beginning on November 1, 2023, or upon award, and terminating April 15, 2024, with the option to renew for one (1) additional season (November 1, 2024 to April 15, 2025), based on a successful performance for the first season or unless terminated earlier in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Contract or otherwise by operation of law.
