Demolition and site work for a residential development in Sheldon, Vermont. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
**As of September 15, 2023 , This project has been awarded to Guilmette Handyman Services LLC, with the awarded amount of $17,700.00.** The project includes the demolition, disposal, and required site work consisting of; but not limited to: (1) mobile home, foundation slab, septic, water well, electrical and phone lines, driveway, fuel tanks, debris and household hazardous waste. All asbestos-containing material shall be abated by a firm licensed to do such work in Vermont in accordance with Vermont rules prior to demolition. The Contractor must provide certificates of insurance to show that the following minimum coverages are in effect: The contractor shall carry automotive liability insurance covering all motor vehicles, including hired and non-owned coverage, used in connection with the Agreement Limits of coverage shall not be less than: $1,000,000 combined single limit. All work on the project as a whole must be completed within forty-five (45) calendar days ofthe Notice to Proceed. The Town of Highgate reserves the right at its sole discretion to reject any and all bids
