Project involves paving existing gravel road on Powell Road and constructing right turn lane on 32 Mile Road and includes tree removal and clearing, Station Grading, aggregate base, aggregate shoulders, HMA pavement, concrete curb and gutter, drainage improvements, removal and replacement of culvert at the Tributary to East Pond Creek and pavement markings. General Requirements - FOB Destination - Installation Required - Insurance Required - License Required - Local Service Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % A satisfactory Bid Bond, Certified or Cashier's Check, Bank Money Order, or Certificate of Deposit on an open, solvent bank in the amount of not less than 5% of the total bid and made payable to the Macomb Department of Roads shall be submitted with each bid. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receiving bids for at least 45 days. The MCDR at its discretion reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in the bidding process and to make the award as may appear to be in the best interest of the County of Macomb.
