CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 8/26/2023 9:00 AM The Work related to the Construction of Municipal Administration Building - Pole Barn Construction Only comprises of the constructing of a 40' wide x 80' long pole building with reinforced concrete floor slab, which will not be completed until the Interior Work has been awarded and the utilities (septic and plumbing, have been installed to above first floor elevation, reinforced concrete apron, concrete sidewalk, concrete propane gas pad, 3 - concrete HVAC pads, workmanship and all appurtenances for a complete job and in accordance with the PennDOT Pub 408 and RC Standards recommendations and these Contract Documents.
