Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Stanwood, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Each bidder is responsible for being fully informed of the conditions relating to the project and the employment of labor thereon. Failure to be so informed will not relieve a successful bidder of obligations to furnish all material and labor necessary to carry out the provisions of the contract. Insofar as possible, the Contractor in carrying out work under the contract must employ such methods or means as will not cause any interruption of or interference with the work of any other contractor.
