Project Scope: The contractor will be responsible for: The Scope of work is marked with grade stakes, and outlined on attached spreadsheet Ditches need to be cleaned and re-shaped to original grade in marked area. Anything over 5% grade needs to be stone lined, but those areas are noted on the attached spreadsheet. Slope failures, edge of road needs to be rip rapped approximately 25ft. needs to be keyed in with type I minus rip rap. Establish a new toe of slope. Those areas are noted on the attached spreadsheet. Repair of roadway to original grade, with a minimum 12' motor grader, an 8-10-ton vibratory roller and water truck to provide adequate moisture for proper compaction Purchasing all material, except Granular Borrow, from RE Tuckers, McCullough Crushing, Twin State, or Pike. The project completion date is November 17, 2023, unless any unforeseen problem warrants a time extension. The municipality must ensure all participating contractors have the prerequisite experience, therefore contractors wishing to bid must submit at least two construction references from a successful project similar in scale to this one for review. These references must be noted in the appropriate spot on the bid form.
