The construct began Sept. 19 2023. Project awarded to B and Z Company for $293,355.25. Bid forms shall be submitted with all required bid attachments. A certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid, made payable to the City of Benton Harbor will be required with each project bid as security for the proper execution of the contract.
