As of October 26, 2023, project was awarded to SC Contractors LLC, awarded amount is $$25,024.94. The City of Miami Beach Facilities and Fleet Management Department requests your quote for the replacement of the plumbing system update at the 17th Street Garage located at 640 17th St. Replace all of the existing 4" horizontal cast iron piping leading from the existing deck drains to the vertical connection with schedule # 40 PVC pipe and fittings. Replace the existing hangers and rods with galvanized coated fittings. Remove the existing piping and reuse the existing drains. Remove and dispose of any old piping from the garage. Replace all hose bibbs with vandal proof style fixtures and modify piping to fit the new hose bibb fixtures. All labor and Material to be included. Contractor shall have 5 years minimum experience with similar projects and provide a list of 3 projects for reference. Contractor must have a Plumbing or General Contracting license. Questions will be allowed up until 10:00 AM ET on August 29, 2023. Questions must be directed to PMPurchasing@miamibeachfl.gov. Estimated Budget: $25,000.00 Days for Substantial Completion: 30 days Days for Final Completion: 30 days
