The scope of work consists of the renovation of an existing 1,730 square feet historic building referred to as the "Historic Lodge" located inside Flamingo Park. The work includes selective demolition, a new interior layout, mechanical, electrical and ADA upgrades, new interior and exterior finishes, stucco repairs (including patching and painting), new exterior glazing and doors, new roofing, new exterior concrete walkways, new pedestrian LED lighting, landscaping, and irrigation improvements. The work shall be sequenced so as to not interfere with the Miami Beach Flamingo Park operations during the work period. The Miami Beach Flamingo Park will continue to operate during all phases of construction. The Contractor shall provide off-site parking for his employees and Subcontractor's employees. The Contractor shall provide bussing or other means of transporting the necessary workforce to and from the site. Contractor shall not use existing parking spaces or proposed temporary parking spaces within the Park for its employees or subcontractor employees. The contractor is required to visit the site and become familiar with the existing conditions prior to the submission of the bid.
