Furnish Collection and Disposal of Residential Municipal Solid Waste (Msw) and Recyclables for Clarks Green Borough for the Five (5) Year Period April 1, 2024 to March 31, 2029 and/or the Three (3) Year Period April 1, 2024 to March 31, 2027 Each Bid Shall Include a Certified Check Payable to the Order of Clarks Green Borough or Bid Bond in Favor of Clarks Green Borough in an Amount Equal to Ten Percent (10%) of the Bid Price for the First Contract Year. Such Checks or Bonds Shall Be Retained by Clarks Green Borough Until the Contract Has Been Awarded, at Which Time the Clarks Green Borough Will Return the Check or Bonds of the Unsuccessful Bidders. Clarks Green Borough Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids and to Accept the Bid That is in the Best Interest of the Borough. Such checks or bonds shall be retained by Clarks Green Borough until the contract has been awarded, at which time the Clarks Green Borough will return the check or bonds of the unsuccessful bidders. Clarks Green Borough reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to accept the bid that is in the best interest of the Borough. All bids shall be irrevocable for sixty (60) days from the date of opening.
