Renovation of a library in East Hampton, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
East Hampton Public Library Siding Replacement Three (3) half-hour slots, each to accommodate up to 3 bidders, are available by contacting Steve Fontanella in advance at 860-894-9819 or sfontanella@easthamptonct.org. Only one (1) representative from each company may attend. Each bid shall be signed by the bidder and accompanied by a certified check or a bid bond in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid, payable to the Town of East Hampton. Work of this Contract comprises of all demolition and general construction for the building renovations located at 105 Main Street, East Hampton, CT 06424. The project scope is an exterior renovation of all existing siding. The project measures are as follows: 1. The existing siding is to be removed down to the existing sheathing and prepped for new siding. If existing sheathing is found to be damaged or insufficient, the Project Manager is to be notified. 2. New weather resistant barrier is to be installed. 3. New vented vinyl soffits are to be installed. 4. Existing wood facias and rakes are to be wrapped with bent aluminum. 5. All window and door trim are to be wrapped with bent aluminum. 6. New vinyl siding and trim are to be installed.
