The Town of Creston ("The Town") is seeking development proposals ("Proposals") from qualified firms ("Proponent") for the development of a Town of Creston Parks Master Plan (TCPMP) which will identify the strategic priorities that define the future direction, philosophy, policies, and actions for the provision municipal parks. The TCPMP will include a detailed asset inventory, needs analysis, recommendations for future amenities and land acquisition, maintenance recommendations, prioritization and costing of key projects, trend identification, accessibility recommendations, reconciliation opportunities, and consideration of climate change. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
