**As of February 19, 2026, the project was awarded to James W Fowler Co, with an awarded amount of $12,937,730.75.** Project: West 11th Avenue and Crow Road Utility Extension 900480 2,543 Ft 8 Inch Wastewater Pipe; 5,633 Ft 24 Inch Wastewater Pipe; 1 Ls Precast Reinforced Concrete Box Culverts; 2,774 Tn 1/2 Inch Pac Mixture; 9,200 Ft Ductile Iron Pipe With Restrained Joints and Class B Backfill All Work Must Be Completed by November 30, 2027 Per Special Provision 00180.50(H). A Bid Guaranty is Not Required for This Project. Filing of a Qualification Questionnaire Before Bidding Will Not Be Required. Contingent or Conditional Bids Will Not Be Considered for Acceptance The City May Reject Any Bid Not in Compliance With All Prescribed Public Bidding Procedures and Requirements, and May Reject for Good Cause Any or All Bids or to Waive Any Specification or Requirement Upon a Finding of the City That It is in the Public Interest to Do So. .
