As of April 18, 2024, a design team has been identified. A construction timeline has not been established. The proposed Project includes the design of a new bridge to replace one washed away in a flood including appropriate roadway approaches on Holbrook Creek Road. The Project also includes modification to the stream bed that was significantly expanded during the flood event. Project Location: Region 5, Baker County (Tier 2 Local Agency) ODOT Key Number: 22017 DBE Participation Goal: 8.5% [NOTE: Only Consultants that have been awarded a PA in the above PA series may respond to this Mini-RFP.] Work Order Contract (WOC) Assignment Under Full Service A&E Price Agreement (PA) series Tier A PA Holders Oregon Department of Transportation (Agency or ODOT) is requesting supplemental information regarding specific A&E and Related Services experience relevant to the above referenced public improvement or public works project (the Project). The needed Services are further described in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The expected outcome of the WOC is to provide design services from Design Acceptance Plans (DAP) to Final Plans, Specifications & Estimates (PS&E), as well as, construction engineering support or Contract Administration/Construction Engineering Inspection (CA/CEI) if required during the construction phase of the Project. Proposers responding to the Mini-RFP do so solely at their expense. Agency is not responsible for any Proposer expenses associated with the Mini-RFP. The selected Proposer and Agency will negotiate the delivery schedule, costs and final Statement of Work, within the scope of what is advertised here, for inclusion in the final WOC. The WOC is anticipated to start Winter 2023-24 and is expected to be completed by summer of 2025. Pending successful negotiations, the selected Proposer shall perform its obligations according to the WOC and applicable terms and conditions of the parent PA and exhibits thereto. Agency anticipates the construction budget for this Project will not exceed $1,800,000. ODOT in accordance with the Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 78 Stat. 252. 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4 and Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations, Department of Transportation, Subtitle A, Office of the Secretary, Part 21, Nondiscrimination in Federally-Assisted programs of the Department of Transportation issued pursuant to such Act, hereby notifies all Bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that all business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this solicitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
