Questions may be mailed, faxed or emailed to: Danielle Zering 413-572-0213 (phone) Purchasing & Contracts Manager 100 Elm Street Westfield, MA 01085 dzering@wgeld.org Scope of Work all includes delivery, installation and disposal Replace installed Three (3) 5 ton Marvair units and replace with Three (3) new 6 ton Marvair units or equivalent Units will be 6 ton HVAC 10 EER, 6KW heat, three phase, 208/30V, R410A, Ventilation Control C-Economizer, low ambient w/CHH, 2 Pleated MERV 8 filter Model #MGA1072AC060C++Y+1CA+D31++++++ or equivalent New electrical lines will need to be installed due to units changing from single phase to three phase (including breaker changes) Remove old units, including hauling away old units When new units are installed new units will be sealed for water tightness and any areas around the units will be painted to match the building as required Replace one unit at a time to keep the other two units in operation (utilizing own crane truck) Includes installation and removal costs.
